Refund policy

Our vehicles are sold at the showroom, following a viewing and test drive, and the sales contract is signed on-site. This policy outlines the terms that apply in the event of a return or refund.

Sales Concluded at the Showroom
A sale concluded at the showroom does not entitle you to a right of withdrawal. That is why we encourage you to inspect the vehicle, take it for a test drive, and ask any questions you may have before signing. The sales contract is binding.

Sales Concluded Remotely
If, in exceptional circumstances, a sale is concluded remotely, you would have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date the vehicle is delivered, subject to any exceptions provided by law. You will be informed of this right before the contract is concluded. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing at drayeautoselection@gmail.com.

Legal Warranty of Conformity
If the vehicle has a defect in conformity, you are entitled to the rights provided by law: repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, as applicable. The terms of the warranty are specified in your sales contract. To report a defect, please contact us promptly in writing, describing the problem.

Cancellation Before Vehicle Delivery
If you pay a deposit or reserve a vehicle, the cancellation and refund terms for the deposit are those specified in the reservation document or the sales contract you sign.

Refund
When a refund is due, it will be issued within 14 days of the decision or receipt of your valid request, using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.
