Shipping policy

Draye Auto Sélection does not ship vehicles. All our vehicles are picked up in person at our showroom, located at 101A Rue de Huy, 4280 Hannut.

Vehicle Pickup
Pickup takes place at the showroom during business hours (Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.), after the sales contract has been signed and payment has been finalized. The exact date will be arranged with you at the time of reservation.

Before Coming to Pick Up Your Vehicle
Please bring your ID, driver’s license, and proof of insurance, which must be valid before departure.

Documents Provided
Sales invoice, general terms and conditions of sale, vehicle documents (registration application, technical inspection report, certificate of conformity, Car-Pass), keys, and maintenance log.

Transportation upon Request
If you’d like to arrange for your vehicle to be transported—for example, if you live far away—please contact us at 0471 52 66 14 or drayeautoselection@gmail.com. All transportation arrangements require a prior written agreement specifying the terms and any associated costs.
